Born and raised in Vancouver and the Executive Director of MYK, Moto's ultimate goal is to help make the world a smaller place by planning and organizing meaningful educational programs for his groups that travel to Japan and Canada.

The office manager who holds the fort at MYK Canada, Kumi takes care of all travel operation including air tickets, hotels, transportation, etc..

| Mayumi
Mayumi came to Canada to study English and has never left. She enjoys snowboarding on the mountains, playing music, and chasing her cat. Along with her bright personality, Mayumi brings her bilingual ability and laughter to the MYK office as a Tour / Educational Coordinator.

| Carly
Having lived in Kyoto and being CELTA trained, Carly is passionate about Japanese culture and working with Japanese students during their visits to Canada. She brings humor and energy to the MYK office, and in her free time enjoys hiking and calligraphy.

| Rick
Rick spent 5 years living in Japan and has been guiding tours in Canada for over 15 years. He's a Program Manager at MYK, working with a few select groups throughout the year. He loves the outdoors, health and fitness, and you just might find him out on the water, hiking BC's beautiful trails, or at a local sushi restaurant.

Maya
Since 2014, Maya has enjoyed exploring the beautiful city of Vancouver with Japanese students. She is passionate about cultural exchange and loves to work with her fellow youth from across the globe. In her spare time, Maya enjoys singing, playing the guitar, and spending time in the natural world.

Paulina has traveled and lived around the world, from Japan, South Korea, and South East Asia to Australia, India, Spain, Italy, and Mexico. Her fun spirit and love of cultures makes her a great member of the MYK team. Her hobbies include photography, yoga, and dancing.

Born in Osaka, Mayumi the accountant is trilingual and speaks Japanese, English, and Chinese. She is a big fan of Takarazuka and always tries to catch a show when visiting Japan.
